Female Engineering Students Wanted for MERIT

The Department of Electrical and Computing Engineering seeks talented, 3.0 gpa or higher, female engineering students for the Summer 2002 Merit program. The Merit program is an 11 week program where students develop research projects, attend technical seminars, visit local industry and government organizations and meet with leaders in the field.

Students receive a $4500 stipend for their work. Current sophomores, juniors and seniors not graduating in Spring 2002 are eligible to apply. The application deadline is March 1. Complete application and project information is available on the web.
